Automated Fulfillment 101: From Order to Delivery
Automation is what makes the done-for-you model viable. Here’s the simple path your orders take — and how we keep customers informed at every step.
Suppliers & routing
We onboard vetted suppliers, set pricing rules and cut-offs, and configure routing logic: when multiple suppliers carry the item, orders go to the best option by SLA, stock, or cost.
Sync & QA
- Product data sync (titles, variants, inventory).
- Order webhooks with retries and fallbacks.
- Tracking ingestion with carrier mapping.
Customer comms
Customers receive branded notifications (confirmed → shipped → out for delivery). Support macros cover delays, address changes, and returns. Escalations are time-boxed by SLAs.
Dashboards & alerts
Pixels and GA4 verify attribution. Dashboards surface CAC, AOV, ROAS, LTV and flag anomalies — for example if a supplier’s average handling time slips.
What you do
Approve orders daily and review a short status note. We keep the machine running and highlight only decisions that truly need you.
No financial or income guarantees. Processes and tools vary by project scope. We do not offer subscription products.
