1. Company

These terms govern your use of the website and services provided by Revcom Digital and Marketing Ltd. (EOOD), Canada.

We provide done-for-you eCommerce implementation services including store setup, supplier integration, automation, advertising management, and support. We do not offer subscription products.

3. Engagement

Work begins after a signed agreement and initial payment as specified in your Service Order. Timelines are estimates and may vary.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely information, approvals, and access (e.g., ad accounts, domains).
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.
• Handle daily order approvals unless otherwise agreed.

5. Fees & Payments

Fees are stated in your Service Order and are due per the agreed schedule. Taxes, platform fees, and media spend are the client’s responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final store configuration, creatives, and copy delivered to you, excluding third-party materials and underlying platforms.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

We provide services “as is” and make no guarantees of revenue, profit, or other outcomes. Market conditions and budgets impact results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure and use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach (with notice and cure period) or as otherwise set out in the Service Order.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Sofia.
